When your product or establishment is certified Kosher, Consumer know that you comply with a strict policy of biblical laws that detail the types of food that a Jewish person may eat and the ways in which it may be prepared including cleanliness, purity and quality.
Kosher certification is applicable on FMCG such as Food products i.e. Meat Products, Juices, Spices, Pulses, food ingredients etc. Cosmetics products, Pharmaceuticals, phytochemicals, Ayurveda and Unani products
Kosher food is allowed to take Cows and other cloven-hoofed, cud-chewing animals, meat from goats, turkey & Deer meat is also considered in kosher food.
Kosher is strictly prohibited to intake direct or indirect as ingredients of meat of camel, Pork/ pig’s meat, Frog meat, Rabit, shrimp, lobster, crab and sea foods without fins and scales.
Kosher also not allows to intake any meat even though kosher meat and milk should take as combination.
